We deliver Aldino orders across Egypt through our delivery partner, FlexStock.

Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed and prepared, it will be handed to FlexStock for delivery.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the delivery conditions in your area.

You will be contacted using the phone number provided with your order when necessary to arrange or complete delivery.

are entered correctly when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays.

Delivery Attempts

If the delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the provided information is incorrect, FlexStock may arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional delivery charges may apply where applicable and will be communicated to you.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged when delivered, please notify the delivery representative and contact Aldino as soon as possible.

If the product itself is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Delivery Delays

Aldino works with FlexStock to deliver orders as efficiently as possible. However, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Aldino’s control, including weather, public holidays, traffic, courier disruptions, or other exceptional circumstances.

We will always do our best to assist you when a delivery is delayed.
