Refund policy

At Aldino, every piece is carefully prepared and inspected before it reaches you. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We accept eligible exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection requirements. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

•⁠  ⁠Be unused
•⁠  ⁠Be in its original condition
•⁠  ⁠Include its original tags and packaging
•⁠  ⁠Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Aldino does not guarantee exchanges for a different model or color.

For eligible customer-requested exchanges, applicable shipping costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by law and communicated before the exchange is arranged.

Refunds

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason, subject to the applicable legal exceptions. 

For defective or non-conforming products, the applicable return/exchange period is 30 days from receipt under Egyptian consumer protection law. 

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within one week.

Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method. Where another refund method has been agreed, refunds may be made through InstaPay or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Conditions

A return or exchange may not be accepted where the product has been:

•⁠  ⁠Used or worn
•⁠  ⁠Damaged after delivery through customer misuse
•⁠  ⁠Altered or modified
•⁠  ⁠Returned without its original packaging or tags where these are required
•⁠  ⁠Damaged through improper care

These conditions do not remove any mandatory rights provided to consumers under applicable Egyptian law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact Aldino within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect products for which Aldino is responsible, the applicable return or replacement process will be handled in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection requirements.
